Hello - Purchased a chip resetter for my Canon 221 tanks. The set of tanks I'm working with are a little over 1 year old. I've refilled them using instructions found here and with genuine Canon ink. But the chip resetter won't work, even though I followed the little instruction sheet to a 'T'.
